About the Event
You will learn to turn your kitchen cabinet into a kitchen pharmacy with spices that balance your digestion and constitution. Seasoned Ayurvedic Practitioner Monica B Groover, and famous Ayurvedic cook Pandit Atul Krishna will talk about Ayurvedic Spices, Herbs and demonstrate cooking of some delicous vegetarian Ayurvedic food to calm the winter blues and vata dosha. We will have sampling of Ayurvedic cranberry chutney, festive soup with ghee, buttery turmeric rice, ayurvedic potatoes with fennel and fenugreek. Location will be shared with those who sign up and RSVP.
